Gesualdo, historic centre

In the heart of Irpinia, Gesualdo is a village that has kept its noble character intact. The historic centre grows out from the majestic Castle, home of the prince and composer Carlo Gesualdo, with stone lanes, archways and panoramic views opening out from it.
